Aaron is responsible for Torose’s acquisition efforts across all stages of the investment life cycle. His primary roles include investment sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and financing.

Previously, Aaron served in a similar capacity as Director of Acquisitions for Tricera Capital. At Tricera Capital, he assisted in the acquisition of a portfolio of 30+ assets totaling ~2.5 million square feet and aggregate ~$700M over a five-year span.

Prior to his time with Tricera, Aaron was an Associate with Rialto Capital’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Asset Management practice in Miami, specializing in underwriting commercial real estate and managing Specially Serviced CMBS loans. In this role, Aaron underwrote commercial real estate of all asset types across national markets. Aaron helped manage a portfolio of over $1 billion of non-performing CMBS assets, focusing on value-add strategies and resolving existing defaults. He acted as the point of contact for attorneys, appraisers, environmental consultants, site inspectors, and other third-party advisors.

Aaron was born and raised in Rockville, MD. Aaron received his MA in International Business as well as his BS in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
