Jonah is responsible for overseeing all commercial leasing efforts at the firm while also supporting Torose with acquisitions and asset management.

Previously, Jonah served as Director of Leasing at Terra where he oversaw all commercial leasing efforts for a portfolio of more than five million square feet of real estate valued in excess of $8 billion. Prior to his time with Terra, Jonah was the Director of Leasing at Tricera Capital where he oversaw the commercial leasing of a portfolio totaling 2.5 MM SF comprised of over 30 mixed-use assets throughout the Southeast. Prior to Tricera Capital, Jonah held leasing, advisory, and management positions at companies including CBRE, Starwood Property Trust, Student Housing Solutions, and Leoni Real Estate Corp.

Jonah was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, received his BS from Florida State University with a Major in both Real Estate and Marketing, and is an active member of ICSC.
